Stuffed peppers in homemade tomato sauce
A recipe for delicious stuffed bell peppers in homemade tomato sauce.
Peppers of all kinds and colors flooded my local farmers market, and it’s a perfect time to share a recipe for stuffed peppers in homemade tomato sauce. This is the recipe of my Ukrainian mother-in-law, and it is so delicious! Filled with ground meat, rice, and vegetables and cooked soaked in tomato sauce on a slow heat, peppers become tender, and the whole dish develops amazing flavor! It is the best recipe for dinner and is versatile for big and small families.
I hope you will try this hearty and comforting dish this fall!
